1 Extended meaning of “the Treaties” and “the Community Treaties”. E+W+S+N.I.
In section 1(2) of the M1European Communities Act 1972 in the definition of “the Treaties”and “the Community Treaties”there shall be inserted after paragraph (b) the words “and
(c)the treaty relating to the accession of the Hellenic Republic to the European Economic Community and to the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Athens on 28th May 1979; and
(d)the decision, of 24th May 1979, of the Council relating to the accession of the Hellenic Republic to the European Coal and Steel Community;”.
