In this Schedule—

  • “the Act of 1949” means the Justices of the M1Peace Act 1949;

  • “the Act of 1964” means the M2Administration of Justice Act 1964;

  • “the Act of 1968” means the Justices of the M3Peace Act 1968;

  • “the Act of 1972” means the M4Local Government Act 1972;

  • “the Act of 1973” means the M5Administration of Justice Act 1973.
