4U.K.The repeal by this Act of provisions of the 1893 Act does not extend to the following provisions of that Act in so far as they are needed to give effect to or interpret section 26 of that Act, namely, the definitions of “goods” and “property” in section 62(1), section 62(2) and section 63 (which was repealed subject to savings by the M1Statute Law Revision Act 1908).
