1(1)In paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 5 to the [1976 c. 40.] Finance Act 1976 (stock relief for purposes of income tax to be amount of increase in stock value less 15% of relevant income) for "15% " there shall be substituted " 10% ".
(2)This paragraph has effect in relation to periods of account ending after 5th April 1979.
