7E+W+SIn section 3(3)(a) of the M1Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961 (Act not to authorise contraventions of certain enactments), for the words “the Ancient Monuments Acts 1913 to 1953” there shall be substituted the words “the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979”.
