7In section 3(3)(a) of the [1961 c. 41.] Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961 (Act not to authorise contraventions of certain enactments), for the words "the Ancient Monuments Acts 1913 to 1953 " there shall be substituted the words " the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 ".
