SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Provisions Relating to Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board

Grants and loans by Minister U.K.

17 U.K. Section 20 shall apply to the Board as it applies to the Crown Agents, but—

(a) as if in subsection (2) the reference to section 18 were a reference to the provisions applied by paragraph 15(2) of this Schedule; and

(b) with the omission of—

(i) subsections (4), (7)(b) and (8);

(ii) the references to subsection (4) in subsections (3), (6) and (7); and

(iii) in subsection (5), the words from “or (4)" onwards.
