6(1)In the case of a passenger steamer within the meaning of Part III of the [1894 c. 60.] Merchant Shipping Act 1894 the ship's certificate mentioned in paragraph 1 of article 7 shall be the passenger steamer's certificate issued under section 274 of that Act.
(2)In paragraph 2 of article 7 the reference to claims brought on behalf of a person includes a reference to any claim in respect of the death of a person under the [1976 c. 30.] Fatal Accidents Act 1976, the [S.I. 1977/1258 (N.I. 18.).] Fatal Accidents (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 or the [1976 c. 13.] Damages (Scotland) Act 1976.
