25In section 51 (which provides that if a ship with a licensed pilot on board leads another ship which has no such pilot, the pilot shall be entitled to the same pilotage rate for the other ship as if he had piloted it) for the words from " pilot so leading " to " as if he" there shall be substituted the words " same pilotage dues shall be payable in respect of the last-mentioned ship as if the pilot ".
