4In section 27 of the Nurses (Scotland) Act 1951—
(a)in subsection (1), for paragraphs (a) to (c) substitute—
“(a)registered nurses and registered midwives ; and”
and make paragraph (d) into paragraph (b) ;
(b)in subsection (3), for " registered nurse " substitute " registered and qualified nurse ".
