SCHEDULE 7 Saving and Transitional Provisions

The repeal by this Act of any enactment already repealed by section 75(5) of the M1Finance (No. 2) Act 1975 and specified in Part I of Schedule 14 to that Act shall not affect the operation of the saving in paragraph 2 in that Part in relation to that enactment.
