[F115Notwithstanding the repeal by this Act of section 27 of the M1National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947 (functions of local authorities relating to the prevention of illness, care and after-care), that section shall continue to have the same effect for the purposes of section 1(4) of the M2Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 as it had immediately before the coming into force of this Act.]S
