Borrowing from the Hospital Trust by Boards of Management and Regional Hospital BoardsS
14SNotwithstanding the repeal by this Act of the provisions of section 6(2) and (3) of the M1Hospital Endowments (Scotland) Act 1971 relating to borrowings from relevant endowments by Boards of Management and Regional Hospital Boards, regulations made under that section shall continue to have effect until revoked by regulations under this Act.
