10An offence under any of the following provisions of the Offences against the Person Act 1861—
(a)section 55 (abduction of unmarried girl under 16);
(b)section 56 (child-stealing or receiving stolen child).
11An offence under section 20 of the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (abduction of unmarried girl under 16).
