105 Solicitors to be officers of court.U.K.
(1)Any person duly admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland or entitled to practise therein as a solicitor shall be an officer of the [F1Court of Judicature], but nothing in this subsection shall affect the operation of any statutory provision (including a provision contained in this Act) which imposes on officers of a court restrictions as to practice as solicitors.
(2)References in any statutory provision in force in Northern Ireland to attorneys or proctors shall be construed as references to solicitors of the [F1Court of Judicature].
