8E+W+SWhere by virtue of section 42(8) of the M1National Health Service Act 1946 a person’s name was, immediately before the coming into force of this Act, disqualified for inclusion in any list referred to in section 42(1) of that Act, that person’s name is disqualified for inclusion in any list referred to in section 46(1) above, until such time as [F1the Tribunal direct] to the contrary.
Regulations made under section 49 above shall have effect for the purposes of this paragraph.
