6 Prosecution of offences. E+W

Proceedings for an offence under this Act may be instituted by any of the following authorities:—

(a) councils of districts and London boroughs;

[F1 (aa) councils of Welsh counties and county boroughs;]

(b) the Common Council of the City of London;

(c) the Council of the Isles of Scilly.
