45 E+W In Schedule 2 to the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, in paragraph 3(2) for “subsection (2) of section 18 of the Rent Act 1968” substitute “ subsection (2) of section 137 of the Rent Act 1977 ”, and in paragraph 3(3) for “Part II of the Rent Act 1968” substitute “ Part VII of the Rent Act 1977 ”.
