2Section 8 of the 1973 Act (which gives power to modify Acts about prices and charges) and section 10 of that Act (which provides for restrictions on dividends) shall severally cease to be in force at the expiration of any period for which that section is continued in force or brought into force by an Order in Council made by virtue of section 2(4) of the [1975 c. 57.] Remuneration, Charges and Grants Act 1975.
