Presumption of Death (Scotland) Act 1977 (c. 27)

20 Short title, commencement and extent

(1) This Act may be cited as the Presumption of Death (Scotland) Act 1977.

(2) This Act, except this section, shall come into force on such date as the Lord Advocate may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.

(3) This Act shall extend to Scotland only.
