19In section 4(2)(a) of the [1969 c. 15.] Representation of the People Act 1969 (convicted persons disfranchised while in penal institutions) after " 1957", in the second place where it occurs, there shall be inserted the words " or by a Standing Civilian Court established under the Armed Forces Act 1976 ".
