In the M1Police (Scotland) Act 1967—
a
for the words “Police Pensions Act 1948”F1in section 38(1); and
b
for those words in both places where they occur in subsection (4) of section 23 (as substituted by section 146(8) of the M2Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973) ; there shall be substituted the words “Police Pensions Act 1976”.
