18Savings
Nothing in this Act shall affect—
(a)the powers of the Crown Estate Commissioners ;
(b)the powers of the Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses ;
(c)the [1913 c. 31 (2 & 3 Geo. 5).] Pilotage Act 1913 ;
(d)Part II of the [1949 c. 74.] Coast Protection Act 1949 (safety of navigation);
(e)the [1958 c. 30.] Land Powers (Defence) Act 1958 ;
(f)the [1962 c. 58.] Pipe-lines Act 1962 ;
(g)the [1971 c. 61.] Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971;
(h)the [1974 c. 20.] Dumping at Sea Act 1974 ;
(i)the [1974 c. 37.] Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974;
but this section shall not enable any person to execute any relevent operations requiring a licence under section 4 of this Act without obtaining such a licence.
