In the relevant clauses all the words in brackets beginning with the words " the marginal note whereof is" and the brackets enclosing the words so beginning shall be omitted; and accordingly in clause 28 of those clauses for the words from " the Clauses " to " case " there shall be substituted the words " clauses 9, 13, 15, 16 or 18 of this licence ".

In the provisions included in the relevant clauses by virtue of the [S.I. 1971/814.] Petroleum (Production) (Amendment) Regulations 1971, for the words " Secretary of State " wherever they occur there shall be substituted the word " Minister ".
