23(1)An appeal shall lie to the Court of Session on any question of law or fact from any determination or order of the tribunal with respect to compensation under section 16(6) above.U.K.
(2)An appeal shall lie, with the leave of the Court of Session or of the [F1Supreme Court], from any decision of the Court of Session under this paragraph, and such leave may be given on such terms as to costs or otherwise as the Court of Session or the [F1Supreme Court] may determine.
