3 E+W+S In section 319(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1948 for the words from “all the debts” onwards, there shall be substituted the words “all the debts specified in section 153(2) of the Social Security Act 1975, Schedule 3 to the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 and any corresponding provisions in force in Northern Ireland”.
