The [1975 c. 14.] Social Security Act 1975

51 In section 125(1) of that Act, for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—

“(a) Parts I, IV and V of Schedule 4 to this Act and paragraphs 1 to 3, 4 and 5 of Part III; and”.
