9 Admissibility of written statements made in the Republic of Ireland. N.I.

(1) Section 1 of the M1 Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 and [F1 Article 33 of the Magistrates’ Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981] (use of written statements as evidence in preliminary proceedings and in trial) shall apply to written statements made in the Republic of Ireland as well as to written statements made in Northern Ireland.
