The [1971 c. 28.] Rent (Scotland) Act 1971

5 In section 48 (rent limit for controlled tenancies), after "this Part of this Act" there shall be inserted the words " or of section 10 of the Housing Rents and Subsidies (Scotland) Act 1975 ".
