The [1968 c. 31.] Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968
2In section 58 (power of Secretary of State to reduce, suspend or discontinue housing subsidies), at the end of paragraph (aa) of subsection (3), as inserted by section 73 of the [1972 c. 46.] Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1972, there shall be added the words " or under the Housing Rents and Subsidies (Scotland) Act 1975 ".
