F1Act repealed (S.) (1.4.2016) by Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 9), ss. 8(2), 116(1) (with s. 110); S.S.I. 2016/42, art. 2, sch. (with art. 3)
(1)There are hereby repealed the M1Reservoirs (Safety Provisions) Act 1930 and the entry relating to section 5(1) of that Act in Part II of Schedule 9 to the M2Courts Act 1971.
(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the M3Reservoirs (Safety Provisions) Act 1930, the provision made by section 7 of that Act shall continue to have effect as reproduced in Schedule 2 to this Act with certain changes in the wording of section 7 (to avoid mention in terms of the commencement or the passing of that Act or of the undertakers); but the inclusion of that provision in this Act shall not affect its operation, and in particular sections 1(2) and 6(1) above shall not apply for the interpretation of Schedule 2.]
