SCHEDULE 1Offences Against Children Under the Age of 17 Years to which Special Provisions Apply

Any offence under the [1885 c. 69.] Criminal Law Amendment Act 1885.
- b
Any offence in respect of a child under the age of 17 years which constitutes the crime of incest.
- c
Any offence under section 12, 13, 14, 15, 22 or 33 of the [1937 c. 37.] Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937.
- d
Any other offence involving bodily injury to a child under the age of 17 years.
