6(1)In Part II of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1957, both in its application to the House of Commons of the United Kingdom and in its application to the Northern Ireland Assembly,—
(a)there shall (at the appropriate place in alphabetical order) be re-inserted the following entry—
“The Industrial Arbitration Board”; and
(b)the entries relating to the Commission on Industrial Relations and the National Industrial Relations Court shall be omitted.
(2)In Part III of that Schedule, in its application to the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, the entry relating to the Chief Registrar or Assistant Registrar of Trade Unions and Employers' Associations shall be omitted and, in its application both to the House of Commons of the United Kingdom and to the Northern Ireland Assembly, at the end of the entry relating to members of wages councils and other persons appointed under the [1959 c. 69.] Wages Councils Act 1959 insert the words " or Member of a Commission of Inquiry appointed under paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act ".
