24In Part I of Schedule 4 to that Act (prosecution and punishment of offences), in the entry relating to section 89(3) (driving licence holder failing, when his particulars become incorrect, to surrender licence and give particulars), in column 7 there shall be inserted the words " Section 180 applies ".
