12In section 25(1) of the 1972 Act (duty to stop, and furnish particulars, in case of accident to a person, vehicle or animal) after the word " thereby ", in the second place where it occurs, there shall be inserted the words " or to any other property constructed on, fixed to, growing in or otherwise forming part of the land on which the road in question is situated or land adjacent thereto ".
