In sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 14 of Schedule 12 for the words from " twenty pounds " to the end of the sub-paragraph there shall be substituted the words

Paragraph 14(4) of Schedule 12Failure of holder of public service vehicle licence to preserve record or produce it for inspection by authorised person.£20 or, on a second or subsequent conviction, £50 or 3 months imprisonment£100
