12In section 105, in subsection (2) (on disqualification, licence to be forwarded to Secretary of State, but where disqualification expires or is removed before the expiry date of the licence, the licence holder to be entitled, on demand, to a new licence for the period for which the old licence was granted) the words from " but where " to the end of the subsection shall be omitted.
