3In section 70 of the Housing Act 1957 (provisions as to re-development, improvement or structural alteration by owners not to have effect in certain cases) in subsection (1) for the words from " clearance order " to " so confirmed " there shall be substituted the words " compulsory purchase order confirmed by the Minister ".
