1 U.K. In sections 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 for the words “park-keeper” or “keeper”, there shall be substituted the words “park constable”.

2 U.K. After section 3 there shall be inserted the following section:—

“3A Attestation of park constables.

Every park constable shall on appointment be attested as a constable by making a declaration before a justice of the peace that he will duly execute the office of constable.”
