[1965 c. 51.] The National Insurance Act 1965

1 In section 81 of the Insurance Act—

(a) in subsection (4)(b), after " from other benefit" insert " or from any payment under the Old Cases Act ";

(b) for subsection (6) substitute—

(6) In this section " benefit" includes benefit under Part II of the Industrial Injuries Act.
