This Act may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1973; and this Act and the M1Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 may be cited together as the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Acts 1967 and 1973.

This Act shall come into force on 1st May 1974.

This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
