This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
Section 8 of the [1967 c. 60.] Sexual Offences Act 1967 (which provides that no proceedings shall be instituted except by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions against any man for gross indecency or certain other offences where any person involved is under twenty-one) shall not apply to proceedings under the [1960 c. 33.] Indecency with Children Act 1960.
