The [1958 c. 45.] Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958
For subsection (11) of section 14 of the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958 there shall be substituted—
“(11)In relation to property which has come into the possession of the police in consequence of a seizure under this section, the [1897 c. 30.] Police (Property) Act 1897 (which makes provision with respect to the disposal of property in the possession of the police) shall have effect subject to the provisions of the last two preceding subsections.”.
