In section 91(1)(b) (protection of female patients), for the words from " or in pursuance " onwards there shall be substituted the words " or in the care of a local authority under the [1968 c. 49.] Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 or resident in a house provided by a local authority under that Act ".
