(1)This Act may be cited as the Employment Medical Advisory Service Act 1972.
(2)The provisions of the M1 Factories Act 1961 specified in column 1 in Schedule 3 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in column 2.
(3)This Act shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
(4)This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
