8Nothing in this Act or the Act of 1962 shall affect, or be treated as having affected, the operation of any regulations made by virtue of section 101 of the Act of 1947 (provisions for transfer of property and officers to local planning authorities and for other matters consequential upon or supplementary to section 4 of that Act) in so far as any such regulations do not have effect in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Schedule.
