73Any sums received by the Minister of Housing and Local Government before 1st April 1968 by virtue of the provisions re-enacted in the provisions mentioned in section 261(4) of this Act shall be treated as paid in satisfaction, or part satisfaction, of such one or more of the instalments payable under subsections (2) and (3) of that section as the Treasury may determine.
