Supplementary provisions

208 No withdrawal of constructive notice to treat

Without prejudice to the provisions of section 198(1) of this Act, the power conferred by section 31 of the [1961 c. 33.] Land Compensation Act 1961 to withdraw a notice to treat shall not be exercisable in the case of a notice to treat which is deemed to have been served by virtue of any of the provisions of this Part of this Act.
