17In section 2(3) of that Act (which provides that the supplementary provisions contained in Schedule 1 to that Act shall have effect) after the word " shall" there shall be inserted the words ", subject to the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act 1971 and in particular of section 38(1)(d) of that Act,".
