This paragraph does not include—
(a)
a pension specified in paragraph 56 of this Schedule; or
(b)
so much of any pension payable under the M1said Acts of 1918 to 1956 as would not have been payable apart from an election under section 10(1) of the Teachers (Superannuation) Act 1956.
